How quickly can you value my home?
Usually within the week, often sooner. We will work around you, including Saturdays.
Do you tie sellers into long contracts?
No. Our agreements are short and plain, with a clear notice period. If we are not doing a good job, you should not be stuck with us.
Can I switch from let only to full management later?
Yes. Many landlords start with let only and move up once they see how we work. We simply update your agreement.
Which areas do you cover?
Most of Surrey, from Esher and Cobham out to Guildford, the Surrey Hills and Godalming. If you are just beyond, ask anyway.
What are your fees?
Fees depend on the home and the service you choose. We set them out in writing after the valuation, with no extras added later.
